This mat is comparable in quality to similar mats that cost twice as much. The cork layer is a good thickness and has a nice feel. Non-slip foam bottom is truly non-slip and provides an excellent cushioning layer between you and the floor. No problems with it laying flat when unrolled or rolling up after being used. The carrier is simple & easy to use--also a nice added feature many, if not most, mats lack.12/10, highly recommended.

Very pleased with my new mat. I use it daily, it’s nonslip when holding poses. The position marking are great for helping with proper alignment. The mat is a little heavier but easy to handle because of the nice carrying strap. I would definitely recommend!

I really like my new cork mat. I like the feel of a natural material under me.Tip: sprinkle on/ rub in some water on the places where your hands and feet land. This makes it super grippy!
